The SOMA Network is a community arts organization local to South Orange, Maplewood, and the surrounding area in New Jersey. The network aims to amplify and strengthen the local arts community by providing resources, opportunities, and events programming for local artists across all disciplines, ages, and stages. The SOMA Network plans to distribute microgrants to local artists, provide a monthly newsletter of opportunities, resources, and local artists profiles, and host live readings, performances, and general networking events.
